Cheaper Website Design Offer Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the cheaper web design offer. By placing your order for the cheaper web design offer, you are agreeing to be bound by all of these terms and conditions.

• The offer is available Worldwide where domain names are available.
• All information must be submitted through the cheaper website design online form.
• Additional pages and design features will cost extra. We will inform you of any additional charges and add these to the invoice we send you. Additional pages can be included at $50 each.
• Should you require very specific design features and/or a few more pages this offer is not for you. We would be happy to quote you for individual website design to your own specifications.
• No payment is required until we are ready to start work on your website.
• Work will commence as soon as possible after your payment is received and we have all the information required to complete the job. We would normally expect to have your website completed within 5 working days but at busy times it may take a little longer. If there is likely to be any delay we will inform you of this.
• Note that there can be delays caused by the domain name registration process that are outwith our control. Once again if there are any problems we will notify you.
• When the website is complete we will send you an email informing you of this. You will then have the opportunity of making any minor alterations to the text on the website. You must carefully detail any changes that are required and request these by email. The following condition applies to anything other than these minor text changes.
• The website information you submit must be correct so please check this before you submit it. If you submit something that you later require to be changed we reserve the right to make an appropriate charge for any addition work (based on $30 per hour).
• Please note that conformance to International copyright law is the responsibility of the website owner not the website designer. You must ensure that all the material you supply is your own and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright. We cannot be held responsible for copyright infringement on any material that is supplied to us by the client.

We reserve the right to revise the cheaper website design option terms posted here at any time. If any changes or revisions are made then the terms listed here at the time you placed your order will apply.
